- Selects and establishes the Editorial Board based on need, capacity, and institutional diversity.
- Collaborates continuously with the Editorial Board regarding the journal's growth and development through periodic meetings, both in-person and online.
- Evaluates strategic initiatives, including indexation progress, promotion, reprint policies, and legitimate revenue-generating opportunities.
- Promotes the journal actively among academic peers and professional networks.
Editorial Board Members
The Editorial Board holds primary responsibility for reviewing manuscripts and guiding the journal's academic quality policies. Criteria and responsibilities include:

- Providing expert recommendations on editorial policies, scope adjustments, and themes for Special or Thematic Issues (where members may serve as Guest Editors).
- Attracting and recruiting high-quality authors and manuscripts, particularly from their respective regions or institutional networks.
- Offering guidance and formal counsel regarding alleged publication ethics violations or scientific misconduct.
- Maintaining editorial independence and avoiding conflicts of interest when submitting their own work to any academic journal.
- Maintaining an optimal board size (typically 5–10 experts for national journals or 10–20 for international publications).
- Participating in periodic editorial board evaluations conducted every 2–3 years to refresh membership and invite active scholars.
