Focus and Scope
Samma Ajiva: Journal of Business and Management is a national, open-access, and peer-reviewed journal dedicated to publishing high-quality research articles covering all aspects of business and management. The main objective of Samma Ajiva is to establish effective communication channels among key stakeholders, including corporations, government bodies, society, as well as academic and research organizations. Furthermore, the journal strives to advance and disseminate innovative research findings in both the practice and science of business and management.
Samma Ajiva accepts empirical, theoretical, and literature review articles covering various subjects and issues in business and management, including but not limited to:

Peer Review Process
Reviewer Decision & Recommendations
The decision on a manuscript is made based on the evaluation and feedback provided by the reviewers. After completing the review process, reviewers will provide one of the following recommendations for the manuscript:
- Accepted: The manuscript is acceptable for publication in its current form without any further modifications.
- Accepted with Minor Revisions: The manuscript is acceptable for publication once the author(s) address minor concerns, formatting adjustments, or minor clarification points raised by the reviewers.
- Accepted with Major Revisions: The manuscript contains substantive inadequacies—such as insufficient data analysis, weak theoretical framework, or paragraphs requiring major rewriting—that must be thoroughly revised before further consideration.
- Rejected: The manuscript is not acceptable for publication due to critical flaws, fundamental methodological issues, or non-relevance to the journal's focus and scope.
Publication Frequency
Samma Ajiva: Journal of Business and Management is published twice a year (bi-annually) in July and December. Each issue consists of high-quality research articles that have successfully undergone the peer-review process.
